ServiceMaster-West was established in 1989 and has been serving the needs of the greater Rochester area population with their cleaning, fire and water restoration and mold remediation needs since then.

Our other area of expertise is disaster restoration.  Disaster restoration quite simply is to return a building and it contents to pre-loss condition following a flood or fire.  For water damage, we remove water, dry the building and contents and save most items even books and artwork if not exposed to contaminants like sewage.

Following a fire, we offer emergency corrosion mitigation service immediately after the loss to save light and plumbing fixtures, appliances, metallic window frames and anything else that can be affected by the acid contained in soot and smoke.  We also offer pack out and inventory service of the building contents following a fire as well as cleaning and deodorizing the contents and building, disposal of debris and reconstruction of the building as necessary.
